2. Purpose
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the website marmenortech.es, owned by Mar Menor Tech, and the contracting of the software development services offered through it.
3. Services
Mar Menor Tech offers web development, mobile app, e-commerce and technology maintenance services. The details, scope and price of each project are agreed individually through a written proposal accepted by both parties.
4. Intellectual property
Once the agreed price has been paid, the client acquires the exploitation rights to the custom-developed software. Mar Menor Tech reserves the right to mention the project in its portfolio unless the client expressly states otherwise.
The website contents (texts, images, design, code) are the property of Mar Menor Tech and are protected by the intellectual property legislation in force.
5. Client obligations

6. Limitation of liability
Mar Menor Tech shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data arising from the use of the delivered software, except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence. Maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties undertake to maintain the confidentiality of the information exchanged during the project. This obligation remains in force for two years after the end of the contract.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, both parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Murcia, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
9. Amendments
Mar Menor Tech reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Substantial changes will be communicated to active clients with at least 15 days' notice.
